Welcome to Air Home! I am Kathy Kali, Real Estate Investor and supporter of Heart-Centered Women. I just love real estate! My vision boards for 30 years have always had "homes" in them. And at my 50th birthday many of my friends shared that I helped them find "home" in some way. With my husband Steve I founded Air Home to help people in transition have beautiful and pet-friendly places to stay! I also love seeing women prosper and do well, and now coach women in real estate investing.

My Story

Kathy Kali: From Working Single Mom to Real Estate Investor & Financial Coach

12 years ago, Kathy Kali was a working single mom. Now she and her 2nd husband own 5 rental properties, have ample savings for emergencies & property reserves, and are on track to retirement while providing beautiful and comfortable homes for people.

Kathy is a Real Estate Investing (REI) Coach focused on empowering heart-centered women. She runs a 6-month group program, Air Home Hub~Creating Homes Mastery, where she guides women through the process of building wealth through real estate.

She also has a degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Washington and has worked as a Money Mindset & Personal Finance Coach for the past 18 years. Kathy helps her clients improve their financial situations by dumping consumer debt and growing their net worth.

Her real estate experience spans several key strategies:

Kathy has successfully built a portfolio of multiple properties and owns a primary residence. These investments generate a consistent monthly cash flow that has enabled her to replace her working income.

Kathy is also deeply committed to giving back. For the past 18 years, she has donated 10% of her income to spiritual, healing, and charitable causes. She and her husband, Steve, even bought a home for a loved one facing health challenges.

In addition to her real estate and coaching work, Kathy played an instrumental role in supporting her local community after the Almeda Fire. She worked with a local non-profit to help fire survivors access Home Replacement grants.
